Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within [2-3 business days] after your payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. INFERARA NOIR is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.


Delayed or Lost Packages

  • While we work closely with our carriers, INFERARA NOIR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or natural events.

  • If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with filing a claim if needed.


Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check your information before finalizing your purchase.
